Returns & Refunds:

Thank you for deciding to shop at Bunch Of Happiness! If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase we are here to assist you at!

Our policy lasts 7 days from the delivery date. If 7 days have gone by since delivery, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or an exchange.


Refund will be given for the following reasons ONLY:

- The item is damaged or has defects

- The item has not arrived within the maximum promised delivery period of 8 weeks 

- The item is significantly different from that described 

***Please note: Actual colors may vary from the colors portrayed on your screen  due to resolution differences on each device. We try to produce photos that present the items as  life-like as possible but slight variations may still occur. 

We reserve the right to refuse the return or refund of items when they do not meet the conditions outlined above.

We can't be responsible for the following:

    • User errors, such as wrong sizes, wrong address, etc...
    • All orders include a tracking number, we're not responsible for packages that are successfully delivered but go missing from the user's property or mailbox, a refund will not be provided for this reason. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the address provided is safe for delivery. 
    • Sizing. Inevitably there are some sizing standards used by manufacturers and brands. We are providing sizing charts for most  product. Please check before purchasing & feel free to contact us we will help you in selecting the best size.
    • Lost packages. If from any reason the package we sent was lost on its way, we cannot be responsible for it. Therefore, refund won't be given for this given reason.
Return Conditions: 
  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must include all the tags. 
  • You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable
  • Several types of goods are exempt from being returned for hygienic reasons such as; beanies/winter hats, socks, leggings, swimsuits etc... 


How to make a return:

1. Please email us at with "return request" and your order number in the subject line. Please include the style information and the reason for your return.

2. We will get back to you within two business days with our authorization to ship the order back to us following our terms of returns and refunds.

3. Once your return package is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

4. We highly recommend adding tracking to your return as we cannot be held liable for packages lost in transit which we have no way of tracking.

Within 7-10 business days of our receipt of your return, you will receive an email that your return was processed. Your refund will be credited to your original method of payment minus return shipping costs. Please allow up to 10 business days for your bank to post the refund to your account. *You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item


You may contact us upon placing the order if you wish to amend the ordered size or color (based on availability alone). We will not accept exchanges and returns unless the item has been damaged before or during delivery or where there has been some other mistake on our part.

Mini notice:

We cannot modify or cancel any orders once they have been submitted and 24 hours passed. However, unwanted items can be returned once they are received if they meet our return conditions(Please read above).
